About us
Visitors who arrive at Salentein may go through the vineyards, the winery and Killka, a special area facing the winery laying at the heart of the Andes Mountains, in the Uco Valley, at 1,200 meters above sea level. It is a cultural and gastronomic center, with two art exhibition halls (displaying contemporary Argentinian paintings as well as 19th and 20th century Dutch paintings), a sculptural park, an auditorium, an international cuisine restaurant, a multi-purpose room and a wine shop.
Furthermore, 3 km west is Posada Salentein, a 16-room cozy lodge located in the amazing landscape of the Uco Valley, at the foot of the Andes Mountains.
Guests can also visit Capilla de la Gratitud (Gratitude Chapel), located right at the entrance road. It is a space of spiritual encounter whose foundation conveys the authentic essence of the region.
A traditional tour of Bodegas Salentein is also available with expert guides transmitting the winery's philosophy and work methodology. After the tour, visitors may enjoy a wine tasting in one of the original underground tasting rooms.
