Bodegas Callia, welcome visitors interested in learning about the winery and its wines.
Salvador Dali said, “[the person] who knows to taste never drinks wine but tastes secrets”, therefore the aim of our visiting arrangements is that the visitors, discover the secret of Callia’s wines with us.
“A Day with the Winemaker”
A full day with the winemaker of Bodegas Callia in their daily activities. It includes a Bodegas Callia certificates; theoretical and practical material, tasting glass, and lunch.
“Beginner’s course of wine tasting”
It include visit to vineyards, to winery, a complete line tasting at the cave, tasting glass and Callia certificates. It is taught by the winemaker.
“Bike & wine”
Firstly, the visit begins with a pleasant tour into the winery in order to learn about the process of winemaking. After that, the bike tour through the vineyards begins with an explanation about Tulum Valley. Finally, visitors enjoy a picnic in the gardens of the vineyard and a tasting wine.
“The Harvest Experience”
The visit starts early in the morning in the vineyards whit an explanation about the land of San Juan. After that, the harvesting techniques that ripe clusters that will be part of wines. Finally, a lunch and a wine testing are offered in the reservoir.
