The new 2011 Finca Altorfer Chardonnay

Viñas Don Martin presents its Finca Altorfer Chardonnay, a young, fresh, and novel wine that identifies with its consumers. Made after the best grapes from own vineyards in Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, picked, and selected by hand, this wine was made under the supervision of the prestigious winemaker Roberto de la Mota. It combines pleasant freshness with a sweet finish and a perfect balance. It displays a golden color and green hues, with aromas of apples, pears and citric fruits. This wine is perfect to pair with fish, pasta, and white meat. Drink preferably at 50 – 53 °F.
