Finca el Origen Reserva Malbec 2010 obtained 91 points and was described as “Excellent, Highly Recommended” at the “Ultimate Wine Challenge” that took place at the Astor Center in New York from May 2nd to May 6th.
The grapes of the awarded wine come from ‘La Esperanza’ vineyard located in Uco Valley, Mendoza, at the foot of Los Andes Mountain, 3,937 feet above sea level.
All wines were evaluated by a select group of judges in ideal tasting conditions: at a suitable temperature, in high-end glasses, specific for the type of wine and varietal, and each wine was given the same amount of time.
