Dolli cooks at Experiencia Del Fin del Mundo

The renowned Argentine chef, Dolli Irigoyen, will be in charge of Experiencia Del Fin del Mundo’s kitchen for two consecutive nights, June 22nd and June 23rd.

From 9 pm, at the high-end restaurant located in Honduras 5673, Buenos Aires, guests will enjoy a five course dinner specially designed by Dolli to be paired with premium wines of Bodega Del Fin del Mundo.

The menu consists of prawn amouse bouche with a cucumber, mango and palm hearts salad served with Extra Brut Del Fin del Mundo; salmon with scents of ginger oil and lemongrass, a grapefruit and avocado salad accompanied by Viognier Reserva 2010; roasted lamb shank with truffles rice polenta and preserved lemon chimichurri paired with Special Blend Del Fin del Mundo 2005; figs in syrup with a brie cheese mouse and walnut bread toasts and pear crisp, iced late harvest wine sabayon served with sweet wine Cosecha de Mayo.
