Finca el Origen Grand Reserve expands its range

Finca el Origen launches its “Finca el Origen Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva“, a new wine in its “Gran Reserva” Range.

Finca el Origen Grand Reserve: a synonym for quietness and patience is the line that best expresses the values and significant strengths of the winery.

With this new varietal the line is composed of two great Argentine icons:

- Malbec

- Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this great Cabernet Sauvignon come from the single vineyard “La Esperanza”, located in the High Uco Valley, at the foot of the imposing Andes.

It is an expressive wine right after opening the bottle, and undergoes an enormous development in the glass.

It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Its excellent balance between acidity and round ripe tannins, defines a wine with personality, of a long finish and seductive.

I was aged exclusively in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Thus, Finca el Origen Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine of great elegance and density, with an aging potential of 8 years.

Tasting Notes

Color: Exceptional red color with violet hues.

Aroma: Within its complex nose, spicy aromas are highlighted, especially black pepper. It also has notes of cassis and blackberry.

Taste: Sweet tannins are perceived, robust structure, balanced. The barrel supplied vanilla and chocolate. With nuances of spice such as cloves, walnuts and red pepper that together achieve harmony and unique aromas.
