Malbec 54% - Cabernet Sauvignon 25% - Cabernet Franc 11% - Tannat 10%
Nose: Oak, toasted oak, red fruit jams, black chocolate, raisins and prunes.
Mouth: Malbec grape's freshness and fruitiness excels. Important and ripe tannins. Liquorous. Oak. Chocolate. Round and long. Lingering aftertaste.
Sight: Vivacious red with profound violet sparkles. Its tears are a sign of good structure.
Nose: Sweet aromas of raisins and plum jam stand out. Elegant touch of smoke, pipe tobacco and vanilla notes dominate the nose.
Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Sight: Deep red, with light ruby notes. Clean and bright.
Nose: Pleasant spiciness, where notes of black pepper and red chilis outstand. Very nice balanced presence of oak, vanilla and cassis maramelade. A genuine exponent of the Cafayate´s Cabernet Sauvignon.
Mouth: Ripe and round tannins with a perfect harmonic perception of black fruits. Mouthfilling, elegant and with a long finish.
