About us

The history of Bodegas Nieto Senetiner dates back to 1888, when Italian immigrants founded the winery and planted the first vineyards in Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The company was managed by different families during the first decades of the past century. These families gave the winery an architectural style of the Italian countryside that still remains today.

In 1969, the winery was acquired by Nieto Senetiner Family, who expanded the premises starting a new era of development. In 1998, the winery was purchased by the company group Molinos Río de la Plata.

Currently, the winery has a consolidated leadership position in all Premium and high-end sparkling wine segments, where it participates with the highest quality and wine making standards delivered to consumers. All this is supported by a continuous investment plan in new estates and technology.
