Rodolfo Opi Sadler, winemaker of Santa Ana winery, was invited to Trapiche, together with specialized journalists, to blind-taste Pinot Noirs from Mendoza to recognize the qualities of this variety. The Pinot Noir Challenge was one of the many challenges this group of wine specialists have organized in order to share experiences and to get to know different varieties, like it was done at The Bonarda Challenge and The Terroir Challenge where the participants studied the different soils, climates, heights and farming techniques.
