Tasting notes

Sight: Crimson red, with deep sensual bluish shades.

Nose: Intense and spice fruity notes, clove and white pepper combine with vanilla, chocolate and coffee aromas from maturation in French oak barriques.

Mouth: Best described as voluptuous, this wine has a fleshy taste and long finish.

Malolactic fermentation: 100% Natural.
Maceration: Cold maceration at 5º to7º for 7 days. Post fermentation maceration at 22º for 15-22 days.
Oak aging: 12 months
Bottle aging: 12 months
