Tasting notes

Sight: Deep red wine with purple and blackish tints, very intense color.

Nose: Aromas reminiscent of spices, with licorice, vanilla and coconut nuances.

Mouth: It has a velvety mouth-feel, with gentle and rounded tannins of great volume, and strong presence of spices contributed by oak aging and fruits like plums and figs, contributed by grapes. A wine with adequate structure for bottle aging.

This Shiraz is typical of San Juan province. It is a dark red wine, with violet hues, spicy and balanced aromas. It displays licorice, vanilla and coconut notes. Its velvet-like mouthfeel has unctuous, with smooth and round tannins. This is one of the winery’s Premium wines.
