Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation: The first part of the fermentation is done with wild yeast finished by inoculating selected yeast.

Maceration: Cool pre-fermentative maceration for 2 weeks to extract primary aromas, flavors and color.
Oak aging: 8 months
